I launched RAISED SPIRIT in 2013 with the vision of making a positive impact to the health of the planet and the humans who inhabit it.
A professional athlete in a former life, I've been fortunate to have travelled to many countries and have learnt from a great many experts who specialise in the fields of health, recovery and nutrition, gradually becoming more informed about the health benefits that plants can offer. I had wanted to release an organic, plant-based product for a while, but it was only after making the right connections in 2017 that the stars aligned, and I am finally living my dream of helping many more people discover the profound power and wisdom contained within the plant kingdom. |

The decision to launch CBD Coconut Oil as my first hemp-based product was simple. As a health coach, I have taught thousands of people of all ages and from all walks of life. Over the years, I have identified three categories of recurring problems:
- Physical damage caused by overtraining, often by anyone who loves sport or fitness
- Reliance on painkillers to alleviate discomfort, usually in the elderly
- Anxiety and/or depression, which are increasingly prevalent in younger people
Let’s make one thing clear: I am not allowed to claim that CBD can treat these problems. However, I have used and recommended CBD in many of these situations.

My gift is being able to see the best in people, and helping them fulfil their potential. I believe this must begin with a healthy and balanced lifestyle, in order for us to have the necessary energy required to live the lives we deserve. We are much more powerful when our primary motivations are to serve others. I emphasise the co-dependent relationship between the mind, body and Spirit, combining ancient Oriental wisdom with modern science and research.
